By engaging with the Rada platform, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.
All offerings, information, and services presented on Rada are regarded as an "invitation to engage." When you place an order or engage with our services, it constitutes your "offer," subject to the terms and conditions provided herein.
This document contains the “Terms and Conditions”, which shall be applicable to all transactions initiated by the User through the Website. The User is advised to carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions before using Website. By using Website, the User will be deemed to have read, understood, and confirms his/her acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, mentioned herein. The user will be bounded by these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time. The terms and conditions shall continue to apply each time the User uses the Website.

Definitions:

RADA: The Owner of the Website and the operator of the Service.

Terms and Conditions:
User attests that all the personal information provided at the registration in the Website is correct, valid, and no misrepresentation has been made by the User.
Entering other persons information shall hold the user liable and subject to criminal prosecution.
User shall not share any passwords, PIN codes, IDs related to payment authorization, any such disclosure shall be at the absolute liability of the User who shall be liable for any losses sustained as a result of such disclosure or by any act of negligence.
The use of the Website is personal to the User; the User may not assign it to anyone else. User agrees and acknowledges, at his/her full risk and liability, that he/she is the personal owner of the information.
The User authorizes RADA to store personal information provided at the registration and the use of the Website.
The User authorizes RADA to use the information for the purpose of market analysis, marketing and for statistical purposes.
The User may not hold RADA responsible for any dispute/issue arising from the use and retention of the information.

RADA shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever and of any kind to the User that could be related to the use of the Website.
RADA does not warrant that the use of the Website or its content will be available, or will function without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, or that any errors will be corrected.

RADA retains data for as long as required and in accordance with the governmental retention requirements. You may contact us to withdraw your consent, however, RADA may retain anonymized information for significant periods of time for historical, research and analysis purposes.

Governing Law
The present Terms and Conditions and its amendments from time to time shall be governed by the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain and subject exclusively jurisdiction of the Bahrain Courts.

Cancellation by Rada
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department, cases where we find that the customer is manipulating the account to place multiple orders.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

Cancellation by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and/or shipped out by us. Rada has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rada and accept Rada decision regarding the cancellation.

Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Rada portals will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card.
You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Rada portals.
Further the said information will not be utilized and shared by Rada with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.
Rada will not be liable for any credit card fraud.
The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
Modification of Terms & Conditions of Service
Rada may at any time modify the Terms & Conditions of Use of the site without any prior notification to you.
You can access the latest version of the User Agreement at any given time on Rada.bh.
You should regularly review the Terms & Conditions on Rada.bh.
In the event the modified Terms & Conditions is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service.
However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.

Acknowledgement
By using the Website, I confirm that I have read the above and fully understood the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Governing Law. I also acknowledge to have fully understood to why RADA retains certain information relating to me and give my consent for RADA to retain this information and also to disclose it to the Parties mentioned above or to any other party that may require in connection with my contractual relationship with RADA.
